Information we encounter during an engagement is treated as confidential. We do not name clients or describe their systems publicly without written permission.
We keep correspondence and engagement records as long as they are useful for the working relationship or required for tax and legal purposes, then delete them.
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we are required to keep it.
